About our Piedmont Park TRX Boot Camp
Combining the group outdoor experience found in our Outdoor Boot Camp Program with the TRX you are sure to see results in only four short weeks. TRX or Total Body Resistance Exercise was developed by Navy Seals and is now available to help you get an effective full body workout!
Developed by Fitness Anywhere, and recently voted the "Best Total Body Tool" by Men's Health Magazine, the TRX works your core, strength, power, balance, flexiblity and can help you stay injury free. Plus it's mobile so we can take it outdoors!
Each session include 16 workouts outdoors and a Basic Unlimited Membership for indoor classes at Brookhaven Fitness Studio. The program is an accountability based, so you will need to plan your schedule for the month, make the commitment to attend, and then we will hold you to it!
