About our Evening TRX Boot Camp

Combining the group outdoor experience found in our Outdoor Boot Camp Program with the TRX you are sure to see results in only four short weeks. TRX or Total Body Resistance Exercise was developed by Navy Seals and is now available to help you get an effective full body workout!

Developed by Fitness Anywhere, and recently voted the "Best Total Body Tool" by Men's Health Magazine, the TRX works strength, power, balance, flexiblity and can help you stay injury free. Plus it's mobile so we can take it outdoors!

Each session include 12 workouts outdoors and a "weekend pass" (Thurs-Sun) for the Brookhaven Fitness Studio. The program is an accountability based, so you only get 3 make-up sessions. You will need to plan your schedule for the month, make the commitment to attend, and we will hold you to it!

Although there is no mandatory nutrition plan in this boot camp, we will provide you with a healthy eating plan that you can choose to follow on your own. The more you stick to it, the better your results.

The Meeting Place

Please park across the street from the studio in the parking lot of Brookhaven Park on Osborne Road. Class meets in the back parking lot of the Brookhaven Fitness Studio - 2669 Osborne Road NE, 30319.

Initial 4-Week Program 6:15PM

$199

Includes 12 outdoor workouts, and Basic Membership to Brookhaven Fitness Studio which includes kickboxing, interval, core and yoga classes (Excludes kettlebell and indoor TRX, however you can purchase individual TRX classes online).

Veteran Rate

$175

If you are have completed any of our boot camp programs before, you automatically qualify for our veteran rate. NOTE: Brookhaven Fitness monthly members contact us before registering for additional discount.
