Brookhaven Studio Group Fitness Classes: Functional Strength Training
Perfect for athletes looking to cross-train or get their strength training in a group setting, for or anyone that wants variety in their strength training routine.
Our functional strength training classes integrate moves from disciplines like yoga, pilates, boot camp, aerobics, boxing and martial arts to keep you from getting bored, challenge your muscles in new ways and to provide fast, effective workouts that fit into your busy schedule.

INTERVAL TRAINING
Our interval training classes are designed to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat for 45 minutes! Combines short timed intervals of resistance band, free weight and body weight resistance exercises with creative cardio moves that are sure to keep you interested and sweating! Designed for both men and women, these strength training classes are both fun and effective!
CORE CONDITIONING
45 minutes will fly by as you twist, lift, swing and squeeze the stability ball to strengthen your core while toning your entire body. Also performed in an interval setting, our core conditioning class is low impact, but not low in results! Be on your way to that bikini body or six-pack in just weeks with this power core class.
