Indoor Kickboxing Studio FAQ's
What if this is my first kickboxing class?
We have beginners in almost every class, and our instructors are trained to give you specific instructions and modifications depending your starting fitness level. Don’t worry! Just remember that if you are taking kickboxing for the first time to keep your kicks low until you gain confidence that you are performing the correct technique. Always ask the instructor for help if you need it! < Back To The Top >
What should I wear to a kickboxing or fusion fitness class?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can kick and move around in. Most people wear shorts or pants and a t shirt or jogging top. Our studio is outfitted with special mats, so we don’t wear shoes. This adds a level of stability and flexibility when kicking and pivoting. < Back To The Top >
I want to cross train, will any of the group classes work for me?
We offer a full line of cardio and strength training classes that will train every muscle in your body. Our classes are great compliments to running, walking or cycling. If you need a bigger kick start, you might want to try our 4 week boot camp program which is designed to help you start a new fitness routine, or mix up your stale, boring routine at the gym.
