Specially designed for ALL fitness levels, our intense interval based boot camp workouts focus on pushing you outside your comfort zone, past where you can push yourself. Most of the boot camp workouts are performed without weights, using only your body weight for resistance. Additionally, we combine a healthy eating plan to create a results based program that allows you to experience real results in only 4 weeks. WHY IT REALLY WORKS...
ACCOUNTABILITY: First, you have to commit to the program
for 30 days. Then you tell us your
schedule and we hold you to it by taking daily
attendance before each workout. You are even
held accountable for showing up on time.
Additionally, you keeps track of what you are doing when you are not at the boot
camp workout by writing in a Log-book. You
log your food intake, water intake, daily exercise
when not working out with our group and even your
emotional state of mind.
Before each workout, this log is reviewed in detail
by a Certified Boot Camp Instructor and feedback

NUTRITION: We follow the guidelines set by the USDA and their
mypyramid.gov website to provide a healthy eating plan to aid in your recovery and teach you how to make good choices that you can apply for a lifetime. You are required to
participate in this healthy eating plan during the first 30
days and keep track of your food in a Log-book.
