All FREE Workouts (Fitness Boot Camps & our PowerOUT Suspension Training Programs) are listed on the calendar below.

Two different programs, two different (but easy) RSVP methods:
  1. To RSVP For a PowerOUT TRX Workout--listed in BROWN--click this LINK. Once in our Mindbody scheduling system, create a username & password, locate the class you'd like to attend, and click the "Sign Up Now!" button for that class. Free workouts will not require payment.
  2. To RSVP for a Fitness Boot Camp Workout--listed in GREEN--complete the form to the right.

Free Workout:

  • Bring Water and a towel for after the workout
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty
  • Check the website for exact meeting place
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the listed start time
  • Bring a Yoga Mat for all free PowerOUT Suspension Training workouts
