Our team of highly trained instructors is constantly innovating to come up with challenging yet fun workouts to help you achieve your goals and to constantly challenge you, no matter your fitness level. This variety keeps you on the edge of your comfort zone, so you make progress month after month. Additionally, we combine a healthy eating plan--complete with daily food logging--to create a results-based program that guarantees you'll experience real results in only 4 weeks. First Time Boot Camper Pricing: 4-Week Session: $249

Each 4-week boot camp session includes the following:

  • Pre-camp orientation to cover all rules and get you started on the right foot.
  • 16 outdoor workouts rain or shine, 4 days per week. Schedules vary by location.
  • Daily nutritional counseling.

Veteran Programs:  Memberships & Boot Camp FLEX

BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP

Whether you want to boot camp every day or just once a week, we have a plan for you! Now Veteran Campers can enjoy boot camp year round at a special rate! Choose from three great options:

  • Unlimited Membership - Pay only $175 per month to come every day boot camp is offered.
  • 3X per week or 12 workouts per month – $150 per month to come 3 days per week or 12 days a month total.
  • 2X per week or 8 workouts per month - $125 per month to come 2 days per week or 8 days a month total.

Additional Membership Details:

  • Fees paid monthly on the 1st of each month via credit card
  • Memberships require 6 month commitment and no other discounts can be applied
  • No make-up classes carry over from month to month

BOOT CAMP FLEX

  • Are you a Boot Camp Veteran and need flexibility with your schedule, or do you just want to use boot camp as a cross training workout? Boot Camp FLEX is perfect for you!
  • Sign up online by choosing the location of choice and choosing the month you want to begin. Then simply email your lead instructor as to when you want to begin!
  • You must have completed one (1) full outdoor session to be eligible for our Boot Camp FLEX program and must follow the accountability guidelines of our program.
  • You will have 90 days to use all 10 sessions.
  • Price: $175 for 10 workouts

Fitness Boot Camp

Accountability
Commit for 4 weeks. You tell us your schedule, and we hold you to it. Yes, we take attendance and expect you to arrive on time, but if you let us know in advance that you're going to miss a workout, you get to make it up (this kind of flexibility you won't find anywhere else). But let us know, otherwise there might be some extra push ups in your future.

My Name Is
We ACTUALLY know your name. No name tags required. We just care--about you and your goals--that much. And don't worry, you'll get to learn all about us prior to your camp start date at New Camper Orientation. We want you to succeed!

Team Work
Not only do you get a Lead Instructor, but you'll have a TEAM of instructors supporting you (and cracking jokes... Boot Camp humor is surprisingly motivating). Every single instructor has been through Boot Camp; they know what it takes to get you where you want to go. And don't forget your fellow campers: there's strength in numbers!

Run For It
0 to 5K. After only 16 sessions, we'll have you ready for your first or fastest 5K. But, whew... it's not all running. Interval-based training for all levels of fitness. Most workouts are performed without weights, using only your body weight for resistance. And we do get creative.

Variety
That "creative" thing... it's true. Never a dull moment, but maybe a sore muscle here and there. Every 45 minute workout is different EVERY DAY. And if you stay consistent (we'll make sure you do), this variety will work to your benefit by changing the shape of your body, and your life.

Food Log
Diets don't work. Healthy eating plans do. We followed guidelines set by the USDA in designing a plan that aids in your recovery and helps speed up your metabolism. You record what you eat in a daily Food Log, and we provide daily counseling and education emails. The proof is in the pudding: you'll WANT to continue making healthy eating choices even after the first 30 days.

Homework & Extra Credit
What you do outside of Boot Camp matters. For non-group workout days, we provide workout suggestions, "Homework," but ultimately you get to choose how you move. Don't forget about accountability: if your "dog eats your homework" or you eat something off-plan, we'll make sure you get an extra 5 minutes of fun at the end of the next day's workout.

Progress
Know where you started, so you know how far you've come. Expect a Baseline workout in Week 1. Push ups for a minute. Sit ups for another minute. And everyone's favorite: the mile run. Expect a follow-up in Week 4. And expect to be amazed by your own progress.

Friends give friends free stuff. You will benefit from our partnerships with local businesses (read: discounts and free stuff). You will also benefit from the free workouts and free events we hold throughout each month.

Results
We see it again and again. There is a 75% chance that you will sign up for more than one 4-week session. There is a 50% chance that you will make that decision after your first two weeks of Boot Camp. And the results you will see are incomparable.
